Max Frank
Founding Mentor
Twice, cancer tried to take Max's life. Doctors called his odds one in a billion. He calls it the beginning.
Healing did not end when treatment did. It meant learning to rebuild without a map and discovering that the hardest part of suffering is not the pain, but the feeling of being alone in it. Through that journey, Max made a promise. If he made it through, he would become the person he once needed and ensure no one ever had to walk through their hardest moments without a hand to hold.
Friends Already Foundation was born from that promise. Built on connection, compassion and presence. Led by people who choose to turn back toward the fire for someone else, not because they have to but because they can.
Max believes survival is not the finish line. It is a beginning. A chance to serve, to show up and to remind others that they are seen, valued and never alone.
